When asked who she is, only one word comes to mind for Zakiya, storyteller. No matter what form it’s in, she’s here for the craft of literature. Whether she’s telling your stories—via narration—her own in writing or assisting in the editorial space, she knows it’s her duty to get it done. Evolving from a journalistic intern to a published author has been an adventurous ride, and she’s excited to see what’s to come.
